Roll kneading machine adopts a rotary bracket, horizontal hydraulic inclined rolling. Compared to the GR series, it is of greater loading capacity and more convenient to unload. Besides, it has cooling jacket type (optional).
Frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, speed range of 3-12 RPM (You can choose 1-4 RPM low speed function).
A smooth start reduces the impact of machine startup and prolongs the service life of equipment. It is special equipped with accessories vacuum straw.
Adopting the (optical) PLC and touch screen control can divide the total working time into up to six process cycles. Each process cycle is divided into two steps and each step is individually set with time, speed, vacuum status and steering in order to meet the processing requirements of the diversified products.
It adopts high standard hygienic design. The total machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel.
Internal fine polishing of tumbling barrel and no hygiene dead angle, the discharge position can completely drain.
